Dowjac Jim Stone "Chicken" "Chicken" is out of our Aust Grand Champion Dowjac Gentleman Jim and Aust Ch Longbay Moon Stone. She has a most beautiful nature and lovely feminine features, but her movement is what we are most impressed with. She is grandaughter of Aust Gr Ch Vahalla's Dreamchaser (Imp USA) and certainly minherited the gene for a fast, fluid  and smooth gait. She showed at Sunbury in Victoria in 2010 - Australias Biggest one day show with over 3000 entries, following the Basset Hound Council of Australias National Show, and the Basset Hound Club of Victoria's Championship and Open Shows. Basset Specialist from the USA, Mr John Dock was judging at Sunbury and with a field of 51 Bassets, "Chicken" took out Best of Breed, with her mother, "Ruby" taking out Runner up Best of Breed. Needless to say we were very pleased with Mother and Daughters' performances that day !
