Dowjac Haystack Calhoon (AI) - Call name "Red".
This photo was taken at age 18 weeks. Red has won "Baby Puppy of breed" in the three show he has been entered in so far,
and has won 2nd Place in 3 to 6 months Sweepstakes once so far.
He is looking more and more like his Grand-father and Great Grand-father each week, which is a good thing.....
the aim of our line-breeding program thus far has been to throw back to/ try to get a boy the same as
this litters' Great Grand-father, Aust Grand Ch Jimetta Loxley - "Locky".
Red has a wonderfully strong and true topline, plenty of loose skin and oozes "substance" -
something that our Judges are hopefully going to start looking for as opposed to simply being "big".
The above photo was taken at 19 weeks of age after winning Baby-Puppy in Group at a Sydney Show.
Red has now graduated out of Baby-Puppy class and in his first ever show eligible for Challenge, he took out not only Dog Challenge but Best of Breed as well!
The following day was a double show and he toom out Runner up to Best of Breed in the first show, then Best of Breed again in the second show !!! a more than impressive beginning to his young career !
"Red" is seen here, at approximately 7 months of age, in Spetember 2011. In this series of three shows, "Red" won Minor-Puppy in Show, 3 DAYS RUNNING !!!
Red has been shown sparingly since then, while we have concentrated on campaigning our UK Imports. He will be back in the ring in 2012 !
